Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Classic Bentonville Concrete Company, bentonvilleconcretecompany.com, office@bentonvilleconcretecompany.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Classic Bentonville Concrete Company website and any work you hire us to do. By using the site, asking for an estimate or booking a job, you agree to them, so please read them before you do.

If you have a question about anything here, call us at (479) 415-5205 or reach us through our contact page before you sign anything.

What we do

Classic Bentonville Concrete Company is a concrete contractor in Bentonville, AR. We pour and repair driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage floors, steps, pool decks, retaining walls, footings, foundations and other concrete work for homes and businesses in Bentonville and the cities around it. You can read more about the crew and how we work on our about page.

The service descriptions on our home page and elsewhere on the site are general. They explain the work and aren't a promise of a particular result on your property. What we'll actually do on your job is what's written in your estimate or contract.

Estimates and pricing

We give free estimates at your property, with no obligation to hire us. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure that day, including the size of the area, what's there now, the ground underneath, access for trucks and equipment, and the finish you choose.

Prices can change if the job turns out different once it's open. Soft or unstable ground, buried roots, old concrete that's thicker than expected, or changes you ask for can all add work. When that happens, we'll stop and talk with you about it and get your okay before we do the added work at a changed price.

An estimate is good for the length of time written on it. After that, material costs may have moved, and we may need to update the figure.

Scheduling, weather and cancellation

We'll give you a start date when you book, but concrete depends on the weather. Rain, freezing temperatures or extreme heat can push a pour back, because pouring in the wrong conditions makes a weaker slab. If we have to reschedule for weather, we'll let you know as soon as we can and put you on the next good day.

If you need to cancel or move your job, please tell us as early as you can. If you cancel after we've ordered materials or started site work, you may be responsible for those costs, and your contract will say how that's handled.

You agree to give our crew reasonable access to the work area, and to tell us about buried lines, sprinkler systems, septic systems or anything else under the ground that we might not know about.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and when the balance is due, are set out in your written estimate or contract. Unless it says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is complete.

If a payment is late, we may pause the work until it's settled, and we may use the remedies Arkansas law allows contractors to collect what they're owed.

What to expect from concrete

Concrete is a natural material, and some things about it are normal, not defects. Small hairline cracks can show up over time even on a well-built slab, and that's why we cut control joints, grooves that give the concrete a planned place to crack. Color can vary from one pour to the next, and new concrete won't match an old slab exactly.

New concrete needs time to cure, the wait while it hardens to full strength. We'll tell you when it's safe to walk on and when it's safe to drive on, and following those times is up to you. Damage from early use, heavy equipment, deicing salts, poor drainage that's outside the work we did, or changes made by others isn't covered.

Our guarantee and its limits

We stand behind our work, and we guarantee your satisfaction on every job. If something isn't right, call us and we'll come look at it with you and work out a fair fix.

Beyond that guarantee and anything written in your contract, we don't make any other warranty, spoken or written, including any promise that a slab will never crack or settle. Ground movement, tree roots, flooding and other things outside our control can affect any concrete, no matter who poured it.

Limits on our liability

Classic Bentonville Concrete Company is licensed and insured. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

We aren't liable for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost use of your driveway, lost income or costs from delays caused by weather, supply problems or other things outside our control.

The information on this website is general and is offered as is. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't promise that it's complete or current, and you shouldn't rely on it in place of an estimate for your own property.

If we disagree

If you're unhappy with something, call us first. Most problems get settled with a conversation on site, and we'd rather fix it than argue about it.

If we can't settle it that way, we both agree to try mediation in good faith before going to court. Any lawsuit will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Benton County, Arkansas.

Which law applies

These terms, and any work we do for you, are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies. If you've already signed a contract with us, the terms in that contract still govern your job.

Questions about these terms can go to us at (479) 415-5205 or through our contact page.
